About the job

 

We are currently looking for a Security Coordinator on a parental leave contract who wants to help develop and strengthen the group's systematic security work. In this role, you have overall responsibility for coordinating, driving, and further developing work related to security, preparedness, and crisis management across the entire organization. You are part of Business Support and work closely with managers, employees, and external stakeholders. The role is both strategic and operational, and suits you if you thrive on creating structure, building relationships, and translating requirements and guidelines into practical operations. Much of the work is carried out in collaboration with the Security Manager.

Main responsibilities

 

As a Security Coordinator, you will among other things coordinate, develop, and implement local routines, instructions, and action plans to strengthen the company's security culture. You will manage and develop the group's annual calendar and work systematically with security matters.

You will also:

  • Drive the development of a positive security culture within the organization
  • Structure and administer the group's security work
  • Collaborate and build networks with relevant authorities, municipalities, and other external actors
  • Participate in and, if necessary, contribute to crisis management work
  • Coordinate and conduct training, exercises, and information campaigns within your area of responsibility

Qualifications and skills

 

We are looking for you who have a university education with a focus on risk and security, or equivalent experience. We would appreciate it if you had experience in project management, communication, and change management. You communicate fluently in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

As a person, you work systematically, are structured, and build trusting relationships. You are receptive and have good collaboration skills.
